Known Issues

Running this analytic on the XData VM results in an error like:

    
Error : .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'rJava', details:
  call: dyn.load(file, DLLpath = DLLpath, ...)
  error: unable to load shared object '/usr/local/lib/R/site-library/rJava/libs/rJava.so':
libjvm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘rJava’
Execution halted
    

The XData VM (v. 0.2.1) has a known bug; please see the steps on the How To Build page for steps in rectifying this issue.
